At Salon Three Five, we value your time and the time of our stylists. To ensure we can best serve all of our guests, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy:

 

Credit Card Requirement
A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments at the time of booking.

 

24-Hour Cancellation Notice
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Providing proper notice allows us the opportunity to fill your appointment time.

 

Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total to the card on file.

 

No-Show Policy
Guests who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
